The media could not be loaded.These are my first volcanic oil remover sticks. My teens have oily skin, so I decided to buy these for them to try out for times when they would like to be able to remove some of the oil, without messing up their make-up, causing skin irritation, etc.There are 2 rollers in this set. A double sided white one, with one volcanic stone & a stainless steel ball (for under eye swelling, fine lines, wrinkles, etc) and a black one with a volcanic stone on each end.My only con is that there is not a cap included for the white handle with the stainless steel ball. There are 3 caps included for the 3 volcanic rock rollers.AT FIRST I could NOT figure out how to replace the volcanic ball, but then realize how EAST it truly is. You take the roller piece off of the handle, then PRESS DOWN ON THE ROLLER BALL itself, which will push the ball & the piece that secures the ball inside of the piece that goes into the handle.The roller balls all work well. If you find them hard to roll, remove the ball & when you push the piece back in that holds the ball in place inside of the circular piece that fits into the handle, do NOT force it in the piece, & it should roll more smoothly/easily.The balls are easy enough to clean… rinse with warm water, use a natural soap (like castile soap) if desired, air dry them, put them back into the handle.The air slots are a GREAT touch on the caps, because they allow air flow around the balls.There is ZERO residue on the volcanic balls we received.We would like the volcanic rollers even more if they offered the option to have BOTH roller handles with the stainless steel balls on ONE end. That way we could each have our own, & not have to share the one with the stainless steel end.I WOULD purchase these again!
